The term "TidyTees" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Laurel Avenue, forest Town, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 0DR.  The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Returns

Each garment item on TidyTees.co.uk is made to order. This means that items are exempt from standard returns process.  We do however accept returns if:

• The Garment has a defect
• The print is incorrect
• The design ordered is not the one received.

We fully comply with the UK DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) which can be read here: Distance Selling Regulations.  If you are wishing to return a garment you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, falling outside of this time we assume that all items received are in perfect order.
